Honest comparison

How we stack up.

We built usdpr. for one job: bring back patients who've fallen off your schedule. Every competitor below does more things than we do — and we do reactivation better than they do. Here's the detail, including where they win.

Where we lose — honestly

Brand recognition. Weave is at every dental conference. Solutionreach has 15+ years. If you want the familiar logo your colleagues mention, we're not it yet.

PMS integration breadth. We have Open Dental live and 4 more scaffolded behind partner programs. Weave and NexHealth have 40+ integrations live. If you run Dentrix or Eaglesoft today, your direct API integration with us is weeks away — but CSV upload works today, same flat price.

Phone / VoIP bundle. Weave sells the phone system. We don't — we route SMS through Twilio and skip voice entirely. If you need to replace your phone provider, Weave is the better fit.

Support team size. You email Colin; Colin replies. Weave has a 200-person support org with 24×7 coverage. For practice-level accounts that's overkill; for DSOs that run 50+ locations it's a legitimate ask.

Where we win — specifically

1. You're live the same afternoon. Self-serve onboarding — no demo call, no implementation specialist, no training call. Our competitors' 5–28 day onboarding is pure friction in 2026. We shortened it to 15 minutes of actual work.

2. Email campaigns don't wait for carrier approval. Every competitor queues SMS behind 10DLC approval (2–3 weeks). We run email day one, SMS layers in when the carrier clears. Your first rebook lands in week 1, not week 4.

3. Reactivation is 100% of our engineering. Competitors spend <5% on this feature — for them it's one of 20 bundled tools. Reactivation-specific segmentation, reactivation-specific reply classification, reactivation-specific cohort analytics.

4. Transparent pricing. Caps published on the homepage: 2k / 10k / 50k patients at $297 / $697 / $1,997. Our competitors' "starting at $249" turns into $500–900 after the sales call.

5. API + webhooks on every tier. Not locked behind an enterprise upsell. Your BI team can start pulling data on day one.
