Refer a practice

You get two months. They get two months.

Tell another practice. When they stay past trial, you both get 2 months of usdpr. for free — credited the month they pay their second invoice. No cap on referrals, no qualifier calls, no MLM pyramid. Just: do us a good deed, we do one back.

For the referrer

You get 2 months free.

$1,394value

Credited to your next two invoices after the practice you referred pays their second invoice. Your rate doesn't change. No cap — refer 10 practices, get 20 months. Refer a DSO, the credit scales to the DSO tier.

For the practice you tell

They get 2 months free.

$1,394value

Instead of the standard 14-day trial, they get a 14-day trial + 2 free months after they pay the first invoice. Same product, same support — they just get 60 extra days before their card moves.

Questions

What people ask before referring.

Is there a cap on the number of practices I can refer?

No cap. Refer 20, get 40 months. The only constraint is that each referred practice must be a new, paying usdpr. customer (i.e., not already in our trial pipeline).

What if the practice I refer cancels after one month?

Your credit locks when they pay their second invoice — the moment they've proven they're staying. If they churn before then, you don't earn credit (and they don't get the extended trial either). We pay on real retention, not signups.

Can I refer myself / another of my practices / my DSO?

Yes to another of your practices. If you run multiple locations under separate contracts, each is a separate eligible referral. DSO-to-DSO referrals pay out at the DSO tier. Self-referral from the same entity isn't eligible — we check EIN.

Do you pay cash, or only credit?

Default is credit on your next two monthly invoices (100% off). Switch to wire by replying to your confirmation email — equivalent dollar value ($1,394 per referral at Practice Pro; $3,994 at DSO), paid within 30 days.

What exactly do you say in the intro email?

A 90-word email. Subject: "{Your name} suggested I reach out." Body mentions you, links to the calculator and the pilot program, notes that they get an extended offer if they sign up, and offers a 15-min call. One email. No sequence. Your reputation is safe.

Is this compliant with the Florida Patient Brokering Act?

Yes. The Act targets per-patient referral fees. Referrals between businesses for SaaS tool sign-ups — paid as a flat credit on a subscription — are a standard B2B referral structure, not a patient-brokering fee. Counsel-reviewed, same as every other pricing decision.
